Pahrump Fireworks

They burned me on my cases. Their display item for their cases don’t match What’s in the cases. I called them and they keep blaming me for there obvious lack of intelligence. They act like it’s so simple to come back and return the items lmfao. Dawn I believe that’s here name is a complete ***** I’ll leave it at that for her. They ain’t trying to make no accommodations either. When I started coming here a few years ago this was the spot too be. Now they only tend too their “high” end clients the guys in the back that load your stuff have been telling me all I need too know. Come here if you wanna get burned and lose a bunch of money.

I give it a four because we drove from LA ti here because one of the girls comfirmed a price on an item availabity . When we got there she changed the price which was messed up because we bought just what we were going to spend . now the shells were 20 bucks over the original price . I wasnt happy (this was back in April)
We went back regardless over the weekend and was happy to find the store stocked and lower pruces then the other stored , the girls are friendly and know there stuff.

HORRIBLE ! I have been here before and have never been treated like this. There was an Asian lady yelling back and forth at the workers saying things like ” he better not see you leaning or your gonna get it” , WTH he who? The owner? And what is he gonna do? As a manager I know for a fact you never say infront of customers how you will punish your employee… Then we decided to make the mistake of asking her a question about shipment info and then she started yelling, ” who told u ( pointing at the girl) was it her” … The poor worker not only seemed scared but terrified , worst customer service ever ! what a way of showing great customer service lady! I also over heard her saying she is related to the owner , well I hope he knows he lost couple thousand due to her rudeness and lack of respect. I even feel bad to think this is the place ive recommended ppl to. I could hear her annoying voice as we were writing our list out.Not a happy customer . Plus as we were talking to her , she was sweeping through the isle leaving us in the front talking to the wall. Very dissappointed and have never received this treatment at the other stores . The girls were sweet and the firworks were nice but I rather take my money elsewhere

Went to my first Area 51 demo this last weekend. I’ve always gone to Red Apple’s demos. Was really disappointed in the demo, nothing compared to Red Apple. Was really disappointed in the sales, nothing compared to Red Apple. Red Apple has so many good deals and a variety of assortment boxes on sale. I can go on and on about the faults of Area 51, but I just don’t have the time.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. All hype, no substance. Go to Red Apple for the best deals and booming fireworks
